Returns & Refunds
To be able to return an item, said item has to be NEW AND UNUSED!
Please contact me, either by using the contact-form or via email, before returning an item (or full order), that way I might find a better solution for you.
All returns are paid for by the customer and the cost of returning will not be reimbursed. If you refuse to "accept the package" or simply "return to sender" you forfeit a refund.
Refunds are either full or partial, depending on the situation.
Shipping is NEVER refunded.
