Beauty | Dry Shampoo
Hello Rangers (of the busy lady/mom variety),
Not all dry shampoos are created equal. I have found several that I seriously hated, but only a few that I love as much as the one I want to recommend you.
I have fine pin straight hair, very typical Scandinavian. A few years back I tried using a dry shampoo from Bed Head and it made my hair absolutely greasy -not liking it at all. Dry shampoo is supposed to take away the greasiness not add to it -YUCK.
After several tries, by chance I found Aussie Miracle Dry Shampoo. I know there is 3 versions (maybe even 4), I, myself, have only tried the green one. it gives great volume and does not add any grease to my hair what so ever - TOTAL BONUS.
This dry shampoo, needs to be shaken before used, otherwise it can come out a bit watery. So, shake it up!! (Yes, just like Taylor Swift) and aim at your roots, just about 30 cm away, after that you either brush it or toss it a bit with your fingers. This particular dry shampoo, because it is made for fine (limp) hair, after your spray it in, it will leave it a bit stiffer - Which I really like, because it makes my hair easier to handle.
I know, from reading other reviews, that some people say they don't like that it leaves a white/grey look to your hair, but I have never seen that happen to my hair (even when I was a brunette), I think it has to do with, where you aim, how far you aim from and if you remember to brush your hair afterwards.
A bit of a bonus is the smell, some reviewers say it smells like bubblegum, but to me it smells like my grandma (not old lady, but memories), which I of course really enjoy. Why not pick a dry shampoo, that will bring back great memories everytime I spray it in :)
That is it for this time, hope you enjoy my honest review of this "aussome" dry shampoo. Let me know in the comment section below what you think or if you have any questions.
(I bought the dry shampoo myself, and I was not paid to say anything)
If you want to save this for later and maybe share it with you friends. Pin it!
